Profound and complex

Our vines grow in deep, penurious, mineralic Devon slate. The stony soil only supplies a limited yield and can only be harvested manually due to the extreme gradient. Although this seems hard to believe, this is exactly what excites us and what we rave about in the Ginsterberg vineyard: the magical interplay between demanding terroir and its exposure towards the sun, its micro-climate, the vines and their individual character. The results are high quality wines that convince through aromatic complexity.
