Terms and Conditions
1. All orders will be subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Placing of orders: Orders may be placed by phone: +49 (0)6507 99 13 9, by fax +49 (0)6507 99 13 7 or online. Your order is an offer to conclude a sales contract that we accept by confirmation. All purchases are subject to German law.
3. Mail Order: Freight rates for shipments within Germany are as follows:
• up to 18 bottles: 6, 00 € postage and packing costs.
• More than 18 bottles: FOC (excluding German islands)
• Advance payment is required for all web orders
4. Warranty: Please ensure you check the goods upon delivery. Please inform us immediately on any discrepancies or complaints with written confirmation of delivery staff.
5. Retention of Title: Our goods remain our property until full payment is received. All prices are inclusive of the current VAT rate of 19% ex-cellar price.
6. Protection of minors: No alcohol is sold to anyone under 18 years of age.
7. Miscellaneous: If the content or presentation of this site violates your statutory or third party rights we request immediate notification only. We guarantee that disputed passages are promptly removed without any need to turn to legal assistance. You agree that you will hold us harmless from claims and expenses.
8. Jurisdiction: The place of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction is Trier.
